Add Agent work mode： dialin，dialout，all; Agent will not receive inbound call from queue on “dialout mode” and disallow agent dialout on “dialin mode”, could limit if agent can select the work mode.

Add “ACW”： two mode ( ring ACW and answered ACW) , ring ACW means agent will into ACW when hangup no matter the call was just ring or answered; answered ACW means agent will into ACW when hangup only the call was answered.

Improve agent pause：could select the pause reason when pause, be good for admin to analyze .

Add default business application and device calling popup：
