安装时需要的信息

本案例中假设web安装路径为/home/demo.astercc.com/html
本案例中假设asterisk ami用户名为astercc,密码为astercc
使用安装脚本安装
安装astercc将会破坏原有的asterisk gui

手动安装
调整http服务设置
NGINX
打开配置文件,调整一下新的路径
vi /usr/local/nginx/conf/vhosts/demo.astercc.com.conf修改后的相应配置如下

- 修改完后重新载入nginx

- 增加htaccess文件
在webroot目录下建立.htaccess文件,内容如下

使用admin账户登入
- astercc顺利安装完毕后,打开浏览器, astercc支持IE7以上 或者Firefox 3以上, 建议使用firefox因为我们的开发和测试工作主要是使用firefox完成的
- 输入网址,将看到如下界面
- 登陆模式选择“账号模式”,使用默认的管理员用户名和密码admin/admin登入,验证通过默认将看到系统信息界面

安装中遇到的问题
- 无法打开页面
- Site error: the file /var/www/html/astercc/app/webroot/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
当你看到这个错误, 意味着你没有载入 ioncube loader, 请打开 php.ini 确认文件中有如下内容
zend_extension = /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so
如果仍然出现错误,请重启apache或者php_cgi
- 进程错误
- Cant not file license file
实际上这只是一个警告信息,当系统没有找到许可文件的时候,它将使用一个默认的许可
- 数据库错误
- /usr/bin/mysqladmin: CREATE DATABASE failed; error: 'Can't create database 'astercc10'; database exists'
出现此信息表明数据库中已经存在了名为astercc10的数据库,请进入mysql删除此数据库后重新安装
- Perl 错误
Can't locate Config/IniFiles.pm in @inc…
