获取单一坐席今日在坐席组中的统计数据
- 接口原型:
agentStatisticDay(orgidentity,usertype,user,pwdtype,password,agent_group_id)
- 作用说明:
获取某个坐席当天在某坐席组里的统计数据(当前状态，通话总时长，呼入接通次数，呼出接通次数，总话务量，当前坐席组内排队客户数)；
- 参数说明:

| user | String | 坐席工号 / 用户名 要获取哪个坐席的数据就填写其工号或帐号 |
| pwdtype | String | 密码类型 明文(plaintext) / MD5加密(md5) |
| password | String | 密码 |
| agent_group_id | String | 填写坐席组id,多个坐席组以英文逗号分割。0为查看坐席在所有组内的情况。 |
