You need a recroding software in the first place. Any software is ok. Here we take Free Sound Recorder for example.

Record with the Free Sound Recorder and upload to the system, which supports these two formats: wav(8000KHz,16bit), mp3

Click “Option” to set the format, hot key and other functions of the recording file.

The system supports wav, mp3 and wav(8000KHz,16bit).

Save and upload your recording.

PBX advanced → SoundFiles

Add the recording file and upload to the system.

点击上传文件，上传待选录音文件，上传完成后，语音文件名称会自动显示该语音文件的名称，您也可以自行修改

团队：你可以选择指定团队为该团队设置语音，如果不选择任一团队，那么改语音文件适用于所有团队下，完成后点击保存按钮。

保存成功后，新添加的语音文件出现在列表首行，双击文件可以进行编辑修改，鼠标离开后自动保存。

The file name is the original name of the file, and you can edit it.
