Role is a collection of different privileges, we will assign different privilegesto different roles so that we can manage user easily

By default, system provides 4 roles

• Applicable to systemadmin (has all privileges and it's not editable)
• Applicable to agent group admin
• Applicable to agent
• Applicable to Quality inspecto

点击<添加>可以添加新的角色

• 角色名称： 填写一个名称用于标识当前角色的作用

• 角色类型： 分为 用户 和 坐席，用户是指当前角色仅添加或者编辑帐号数据的时候可以使用，坐席指当前角色仅添加或者编辑坐席数据的时候可以使用

• 权限设置：

• 备注

双击条目，打开角色管理编辑窗口 如图：

点击<权限设置>弹出权限设置窗口，可以为该角色设置权限

每个列表模块 如上图中的黑体粗字 点击可以隐藏和开启 该模块下的页面权限编辑
