====== Answer Templates ====== The purpose of building answer templates is to save time when we add surveys. We usually use templates as following conditions： 1.Score grade template：10 points，9 points，8 points....； 2.Satisfaction degree template：very good，good，fair，poor，very poor； 3.Quality level template：very good，good，fair，poor，very poor； 4.Gender template：male，female，unknown，Secret； and so on. It is trouble that we need input above contents every time when we add options in [Surveys]->[Surveys]->[Edit Option]，so we need add template to provided when we edit option which analogous to above. ===== 创建模板 ===== 进入问卷模块下问卷选项模板页面，点击添加按钮，打开模板添加界面，如下图 {{:en:module_manual:survey:问卷选项模板-1.jpg?768|}} 填写一个模板名称，标识作用，让别人通过这个名称就知道模板内选项代表何意（例如满意度，好的程度，5分打分正序显示，10分打分倒序显示）。 名称设置完毕后，点击保存。保存后在模板列表内找到此模板，双击，打开模板编辑界面。 {{:en:module_manual:survey:问卷选项模板-2.jpg?768|}} 再点击【模板问题选项】按钮，打开选项设置界面 {{:en:module_manual:survey:问卷选项模板-3.jpg?768|}} **问题选项**：填写选项内容。例如是否模板，可以填写是或否。 **附加文本输入**：是否在选项后增加一个文本输入框，用于补充选项内容。例如：其它（请填写）。 **选项导出显示**：导出时，用此内容替换选项所写的内容（为了统计计算，会把选项文字转化为分数）。 **启用导出显示**：是否开启用 导出显示内容替换选项内容的功能。 **备 注**：对选项的描述，坐席可以看见。可用于提示坐席。 设置完毕后，点击保存，一条选项就出现在下方表格内。双击数据可以进行选项修改。 <note> Take advantage of save time 善于利用模板选项功能，有助于节省工作时间，提高工作效率。</note>
