Trunk

A trunk is a route connecting the local telephone network and other telephone network ( mainly the traditionl PSTN network or other IP PBX system).

Trunks can be cataloged by the transmission media

• Internet trunk (SIP，IAX)
• Analog trunk (FXO口)
• Digital trunk (E1 PRI)

On the left menu, click PBX → Trunk, and [Add] to open the trunk add page.

• Trunk Set the name for the trunk for identification.
• Team Selece a team to which this trunk belongs. And after setting, this trunk can only be used in this team. If you do not assign this trunk a team, then all teams can use this trunk.
• Protocol Choose a protocol for this trunk.
• Registry string When you choose SIP or IAX, and in order to receive the calls from this trunk, you need to enter a registry string of the trunk sometime. Standard format:** username:password@voip.sonicwell.com:5060**
• Identity The only identity. The system would automatically generate a string of number as the identity. And for some internet trunks, the identity needs to be the same as the trunk name, thus, manual adaption is needed here.
• 超 时 当尝试呼叫的时间大于该值而呼叫仍然没有接通，则认为呼叫失败。
• 状 态 此中继是否可用。

• 模 版： 选择此中继要使用的模版，模版的使用可以方便管理同类型的网络中继
• 外呼主叫号码：外呼显示的主叫电话号码。
• 外呼主叫名称：外呼时显示的主叫名称。(目前仅有部分中继支持显示主叫名称)
• 详 情：填写中继的配置参数
• 最大支持通道数 设定该中继的最大并发呼叫值，当系统检测到使用该中继的通话大于此值时，系统则认为该中继不可用，默认为无限制。

• 强制计费：团队外呼时，根据中继去匹配分机费率，如果强制计费，必须匹配到分机费率才能外呼，否则不会外呼。如果不强制，那么就不需要匹配分机费率。
• 强制使用外呼主叫设置：如果强制，那么不管其它地方设置的外呼主叫号码是多少，都会使用本中继设置的外呼主叫号码。
• 级联中继 当该系统要和其他系统同时使用时，请选择此选项。
• 级联主机地址 输入级联主机的地址
• 黑名单限制：填写在黑名单内的号码将不能拨出拨入。
• 白名单限制：填写了白名单，那么只有白名单的号码可以通过此中继拨入拨出。
• 备 注：描述中继的一些信息，例如它的用途等。

双击条目，打开中继的编辑窗口

点击 [编辑中继规则]，打开中继规则设置界面。

号码进入中继后，将按你设置的规则进行匹配，如果匹配到，就按你规定的规则去移除前缀，增加前缀。

属 性： 包括 允许呼叫、禁用本规则、禁止呼叫。

号码前缀：匹配什么样的号码前缀。你写了0411 那么号码开头是0411的号码就会找到这条规则，并按规则去执行操作。

号码长度：要匹配的号码长度是多少。

移除前缀：匹配到号码后，要将你填写的前缀删除。

增加前缀：匹配到号码后，要将你填写的内容放到号码前边。

规则设置完成后，点击【确定】按钮进行保存。保持后的数据将显示在下方的表格中。
