Add product information for apecific e-commerce

on top of the page, choose an e-commerce, and you can add, edit and delete product information of this e-commerce.

Click【Add】 to open the product add page.

Like the picture above let's add milk.

• Product name: Milk: a bag of milk,
• On the market: only the products on the market can be seen or sold.
• Type: type of the product: solid, virtual, and service. You need to choose according to the product type.
• Category: category of the product, needs to be manually entered. To classify the products by their use or etc.
• Barcode: the barcode of the product.
• Specifications: enter manually. you can refer to the packaging details of the products. E.g., 12*500ml*1box
• Units: What unit is the products are sold in, like in box or carton.
• Quantity: how many units are sold.

e.g. If you sell milk, the unit is box, and the quantity you enter 10.

坐席在前台售卖5个此产品，等于卖了5*10=50箱 你发货就要发50箱。系统本身不会去计算你发货量是多少。只会告诉你卖了5个此产品，具体的产品定义由你自己控制。

再如招聘网站售卖简历，他可以把这个简历产品构建出多种产品形式去卖。

简历A，单位份，数量1. 如果我买了1个此产品，就等于买了1份简历。

简历B，单位份，数量500. 如果我买了1个此产品，等于我买了500份简历。

所以我们这个产品你也可以理解为是一种物品的售卖形式。

• 单价:即买一个你规定的此产品要花费多少钱。为了你记账方便，系统中所有产品的金额单位最好统一。不要出现有的产品单价都为5，却一个代表5元，一个代表5角。
• 会员价:可以理解为优惠价。如果你的商务体系没有这种说法，此字段就和单价写一样。

坐席售卖时是可以选择按单价或会员价售卖。管理员应告知坐席什么情况下才能以会员价售卖。

• 有效起始日期:产品的售卖起始时间 仅用于对产品的时间描述
• 有效结束日期:产品的售卖的结束时间 仅用于对产品的时间描述

譬如你卖的是服务类产品保修期，便可以用到此字段。描述保修期范围。

• 优先级:填写数字，数字越大优先级越高。产品列表会按优先级倒序显示。

当你有很多产品时，坐席售卖页面的产品列表会出现分页。但是常卖的产品就那么几个，为了减少坐席翻页次数，我们把常卖产品优先级调高，这样坐席在第一页产品中能立即选择（避免翻页和搜索产品）

• 功能描述:对产品功能的介绍，防止客户问起相关功能，坐席却无法回答。
• 备注 :记录相关信息

点击保存按钮，保存成功后就会页面列表里生成一条记录

双击页面列表里一条数据，打开编辑页面

添加商品完毕后，如果有上市的产品，就可以在使用电子商务的模块来为客户选择产品添加订单了
