Pause Cause

When the agent is pausing or paused by groupadmin，it should fill in the reason of pause. At the same time，the pause time should be counted in Statistics Module. The system don't permit adding、updating or deleting.

Reason: The reason of pausing.

Team: It belongs to all system while a team default，so it can be used no matter agent or groupadmin.

Status: Enable or Disable this reason of pause。

Group Admin Approval: 如需审批，坐席暂停时,需坐席组长输入登录系统的帐号和密码，验证通过后，坐席才能进入暂停状态。

Memo: 暂停原因的备注记录

如果暂停的时候选择的是 其他，会出现一个textarea框，用来输入自定义的信息，如下

在坐席界面,坐席如果需要暂停、锁屏 或者同时，需要点击暂停按钮，就会弹出一个暂停原因的弹出层，可以选择一个暂停原因进行操作，如果选择的操作需要通过组长的审核，将会看到如下

此时需要组长输入自己的帐号和密码，然后才会执行 暂停的功能，否则不会执行

坐席组长 可以通过坐席组监控页面，实时的查看组内坐席的情况，可以对相应坐席进行 强制暂停的操作，点击强制暂停，同样需要选择一个暂停原因，即使选择的暂停原因是 需要组长审核的，也可以立马执行暂停的操作，而不需要组长输入帐号密码
