1. install a same version astercc
2. upload the backup file to the new server
3. untar the file
4. restore database
5. restore folder: /var/spool/asterisk
6. restore folder: /var/www/html/astercc/data
7. restore folder: /var/lib/asterisk/
8. restore folder: /var/www/html/astercc/statistics
9. go to system setting page, change realtime to “yes”
10. change realtime to “No”
11. system give prompt bars, click them one by one to apply the changes
