====== How to Assign the Trunk to Campaign ====== <note tip>Trunk is a route connecting the local telephone network and other telephone network(mainly the traditionl PSTN network or other IP PBX system).</note> ===== Set the Trunk in Team ===== If the team has one trunk only,you just need change it in teams,as follows： {{:en:faq:assign_trunk_to_campaign01.png?750|}} ===== Set the Trunk in Account Group ===== <note>外呼营销任务需要与一个坐席组绑定，同时坐席组中的每个坐席所属于对应的账号。</note> 假设现在有一个 "测试团队"，团队中有5个账号，分别为：astercc0-astercc4，并且该团队绑定了一个"中继组01"，中继组01中包括3个中继，分别为：中继01、中继02 和 中继03。我们想给该团队下的某个外呼营销任务，指定外呼时所使用的中继(或中继组)，如：中继01，该如何配置呢？ ==== 将该任务的坐席组内账号添加到账号组 ==== 例如：让坐席01和坐席02使用中继01进行外呼营销，我们需要将对应的账号astercc0和astercc1添加到账号组01中，如下图： {{:en:faq:assign_trunk_to_campaign02.png?750|}} ==== 为账号组设置中继(组) ==== 然后，将该账号组的中继设定为中继01，如下图： {{:en:faq:assign_trunk_to_campaign03.png?750|}} ===== 设置预拨号时使用的中继 ===== 如果外呼营销任务使用"预拨号"，则通过指定预拨号的账户，来指定使用哪个中继进行外呼营销。需要选择使用中继01账号组内的账户，如：astercc0或者astercc1，如下图： {{:en:faq:assign_trunk_to_campaign04.png?750|}}
