Hold a Call
- Function:
holdCJI (agentuniqueid, calleruniqueid, orgidentity, usertype, user, pwdtype, password, callbackFuc)
- Description:
When it’s two parties call, agent could put caller on hold, then caller will listen music
- Parameters:
