Add product information for apecific e-commerce

on top of the page, choose an e-commerce, and you can add, edit and delete product information of this e-commerce.

Click【Add】 to open the product add page.

Like the picture above let's add milk.

• Product name: Milk: a bag of milk,
• On the market: only the products on the market can be seen or sold.
• Type: type of the product: solid, virtual, and service. You need to choose according to the product type.
• Category: category of the product, needs to be manually entered. To classify the products by their use or etc.
• Barcode: the barcode of the product.
• Specifications: enter manually. you can refer to the packaging details of the products. E.g., 12*500ml*1box
• Units: What unit is the products are sold in, like in box or carton.
• Quantity: how many units are sold.

e.g. If you sell milk, the unit is box, and the quantity you enter 10.

when agent sell 5 milk, which actually it is 5 * 10 = 50 boxes, when you ship the products, you need ship 50 boxes. System would not give you this 50, it only knows it is 5, you have to do the math in this case.

And for example, the recruitment website sells remuse. It can build different mode and then sell.

Resume A, unit piece, quantity 1, and if someone buys one, he buys 1 resume.

Resume B, unit piece, quantity 500, and if someone buys one, he buys 500 resumes.

So you can regard this product as a way of selling this product.

• Public price: how much is this product. You need to use the same monetary unit in the system to avoid misunderstanding.
• Member price:preferential price, or you can enter the same as the public price.

When agents are selling a product, they should be told when the products can be sold by the member price.

• Valid start: the start time of the product selling.For discribing the product.
• Valid end: the end time of the product selling. For discribing the product.

For example,you are selling the warranty period, you can refer to this field and tell the customer when time range of the warranty.

• List priority:Enter a number, the larger the number, the higher the priority. The list will be shown accordingly.

When you have many pages of products, but only a few popular ones, in order to release the agents from turning the pages, we usually make the popular products a higher priority, so that they can be shown on the first page.

• Description: introduction to the products.
• Memo: for things need to be added.

Click save and a product is shown on the page.

Double click a piece of data to open the edit page.

After added the product, if it goes on the market, you can added order for customers in the e-commerce module.
