To build this system, you need asterCC 1.1-beta2 or 以上版本

By combining calling marketing, IVR and predial, we can build a voice broadcasting system, that is, the system places calls according to certain conditions. When the call is connected, the system transfers the call to IVR, where the customer will be listening to the recording, and pressing buttons to advance. You can install asterCC on a server, PC or VM.

Trunk

We need a 能够外呼的线路 at first place.

For different types of trunks, we need the following resources:

网络中继：asterCC系统支持使用SIP和IAX2协议的外呼线路, 当使用网络中继时我们不需要额外的设备,根据ITSP(网络电话提供商)的不同, 有不同的连接方式,例如大多数会提供用于连接的用户名,密码以及服务器地址；
E1数字中继：需要准备一块E1语音卡或者支持SIP协议的语音网关，用于将E1通话转为SIP通话；
普通模拟线路：首先对于外呼系统我们不建议使用模拟线路，因为绝大部分的模拟线路没有开通反极性信号，因此系统无法识别用户状态，最明显的影响就是即使客户电话还没有应答甚至客户号码不存在，系统也会认为有应答信号，于是马上就会讲通话转到IVR中处理，所以我们不建议在此情况下使用模拟线路。对于模拟线路您需要准备模拟语音卡(FXO口)或者模拟线路的语音网关。
Internet trunk asterCC supports trunks with SIP and IAX2 protocol. We do not need extra facility when using internet trunk.
