Create FAQ Category to manage the FAQ for the customer,to help the agent to resolve the problem for caller. On the leftmenu,Virtual Office --> FAQ Category 1, open the FAQ page {{:en:module_manual:virtual_office:faq_page.jpg?768|FAQ Page}} Click Add button to open the add page {{:en:module_manual:virtual_office:faq_add.jpg?768|Add FAQ}} **Teamname:**which team need to use the FAQ.If choose `default`,all the customer can use the FAQ. **Objectname:**which customer need to use the FAQ.If choose `default`,all the customer of the team can use the FAQ. **FAQ Category 1:**The FAQ Category 1,choose one category,then the `FAQ Category 2` related will be shown in the `FAQ Category 2` premeter's select **FAQ Category 2:**The FAQ Category 2,the select option value is related with the `FAQ Category 1` **FAQ Title:**Simply describe the FAQ function **Archivefiles:**support upload the file for FAQ.So the agent servers for the customer can download the file to read. **FAQ:** FAQ content Click [Save] buttton to save the FAQ,then it will be shown in the page list: {{:en:module_manual:virtual_office:faq_list.jpg?768|FAQ Data}} Double click the data,can edit the data: {{:en:module_manual:virtual_office:faq_edit.jpg?768|Edit FAQ}} Double click the `FAQ Category 1` premeter,can edit it.Change the `FAQ Category 1` select,it will relate the `FAQ Category 2` category to show in the `FAQ Category 2` premeter's select.So if confirm it,you can click [Confirm] button to update the FAQ.
