====== Quality Control ====== * Go to leftmenu,[[:en:module_manual:campaign|Campaign]] --> Quality Contol,open the page {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_page.jpg?768|Quality Contol Page}} * Select campaign and survey(if it has one), then it will list all submitted records * For each record, it has three parts, QC action, Customer Information, Survey * **Recording** If agent talked to customer, you will see recording icon, click the icon you can listen to the conversation {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_listen.jpg?768|Play Record}} * In the same page, you can read customer and survey information. * **View**, when there're several conversation in the conversation(as transfer), you can listen to specific recording. {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_viewcdr.jpg?768|View CDR}} {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_action.jpg|Quality Contol Action}} * Click QC passed or failed * If you want to rate the record, click "QC Rate" button {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_rate.jpg|Quality Contol Rate}} * For rate item, you can config in [[:en:module_manual:campaign:qcrates]] ===== How to export success submit recordings ===== * First set the condition, select campaign and survey(if it has), then in Status, select "Success Submit", in QC Status, select "Yes" {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_export.jpg?768|Export}} * after Export button, select "Recording", then click Export {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_export_execute.jpg?768|Export Execute Time}} * System will prompt exporting setting, the time or if you want to remove recordings when export is done(no by default) * After save, system will give you the name of the exported file {{:en:module_manual:campaign:qcpage_tip.jpg|Export Tip}} * Download * If you enabled Web download, you can go to Call Center -> Export to download * If you want to use ftp, please go to /var/www/html/asterCC/data/monitor_download It will only export the fields you configured in campaign -> background fields
