  * login as agent, and open the outbound page and select a campaign
  * select a customer((customer records could be imported and assigned before)) from the campaign or dial via dial panel
  * agent phone ringing((agent phone can be a device in system or a normal mobile or landline))
  * customer phone ringing, and it will popup the customer information((all customer field can be customized))
  * customer answered
  * conversation start and agent can save some information of the customer
  * start a survey
  * end the call, agent select the call result and progress result((call result and progress result can be customized either))
  * close the window and start the next call
  * export the report
