• login as agent, and open the outbound page and select a campaign
  • select a customer1) from the campaign or dial via dial panel
  • agent phone ringing2)
  • customer phone ringing, and it will popup the customer information3)
  • customer answered
  • conversation start and agent can save some information of the customer
  • start a survey
  • end the call, agent select the call result and progress result4)
  • close the window and start the next call
  • export the report

1) customer records could be imported and assigned before
2) agent phone can be a device in system or a normal mobile or landline
3) all customer field can be customized
4) call result and progress result can be customized either
